Start with a drive from your hotel in the morning to TIRTA EMPUL WATER TEMPLE COMPLEX built circa 960 AD with its purification baths, pools, and ponds surrounding the temple. it is a pilgrimage site to the Balinese for its holy water spring believed to have magical curative powers. Immerse yourself into the sacred Balinese purification ceremony led by a Balinese priest who will send your prayers along with prepared offerings to the Gods.
