Initially assigned in finance and accounting for his internship at his father’s tour operator company after graduating in 1993, Geoffrey instead jumped behind the tour counter and started selling packages to exotic destinations such as Thailand and Madagascar. He fell in love with travel business straight away, and never looks back since. Visited Bali for the first time in 2004, Geoffrey moved to Bali from Paris in 2011. The early riser enjoys cooking, sports, and discovering new properties.

Started his career in travel industry back in 1994, Rudi is responsible for strategy implementation, plan execution and efficient functioning of all departments in achieving business goals. He was born in Wonogiri (Central Java) and has worked in various functions at different leading DMCs in Indonesia from Operations to Sales, Reservations, and MICE. During his free time, he enjoys spoiling his two grandchildren and listening to jazz & blues

Started her love for travel since she was six, Melvyn left home in Palembang (South Sumatera) to study Communications in Bandung (West Java). After eight years in outbound, she started taking up inbound travel since 2014. Melvyn has worked in Sales, Travel Design, Reservations, Products and Public Relations. She loves going places, diving, eating hot/spicy food, and walking her two dogs on the beach.

Born in Surabaya in the east of Java to a Balinese father and Javanese mother, Welly moved to Bali in 1991. Having been in the industry for over nineteen years, he heads a team handling inquiries and reservations for worldwide market. With an eye in detail, creating tailor-made programs to fulfill clients’ wishes is his expertise. A father of two children, during his free time he takes his family exploring Bali particularly Ubud..

Packed his belongings ten years ago in Alsace France for South East Asia; Ben knows Laos, Cambodia, and Burma like the back of his hand. In 2022, he moved from Vietnam to Bali and joined Jans Tours. With over 10 years’ experience in the industry, Ben now ensures customers lack of nothing while enjoying their travels with Jans Tours. On his free time, he learns Indonesian language, enjoys hiking and finding cool spots on the island.

Responsible in managing Customer Service department and tour counters of Jans Tours at a number of 5-star hotels in Bali, Benji has extensive experience in travel & hospitality industry since 2003. After a holiday in Bali back in 2009, he went back home in a town in the Alps then decided to move to Bali. The proud father of a little princess enjoys pampering his family, gardening, and decorating his home.

Born in Surabaya in the eastern of Java, Ari’s role is essential to the company. With over 10-year experience, the expert WordPress builder manages the network and server infrastructure of Jans Tours while overseeing all computer-related tasks, problems and solutions. The Super Admin of Jans Tours loves Nasi Padang with slow-cooked beef Rendang and enjoys culinary discoveries during his day offs.

Spent his childhood in the village near Ubud that is surrounded by rice fields, Sunu studied Travel & Tourism at a state technical college, and worked as a receptionist before moving to a travel company. With his over 14 years’ experience, he ensures service of excellence is well executed on all operations-related aspects for customers from arrival transfers until their departure. Sunu enjoys weightlifting and quality time with his three children and wife.

Moved to Bali in 2002 from her hometown Surabaya, Linda didn’t start her career in the travel industry until 2005. Experienced in hospitality management, she has an eye for finding discrepancies on financial reports and is always keen to learn new things related to her field of expertise. When not busy managing financial, tax, and accounting matters of the company with her team, Linda enjoys being a great mother of three and watching action movies.
